Quick start
User Guide
AI.UniScan helps you scan receipts, bills, notes, cards, and documents, ask nearby and everyday questions, and keep useful records organized in one place.
1. Sign in
- You can sign in with Apple, Google, or a pre-created email account when those options are available in the app.
- Signing in lets you save records, notes, and membership status to your account.
- If you stay signed out, some features may remain limited to guest behavior.
2. Scan something
- Open the scan feature and capture or upload a receipt, bill, note, card, or document.
- Grant camera permission when prompted if you want live capture.
- The app extracts useful structure instead of saving only a raw image.
3. Use Ask
- Use Ask for nearby places, practical local questions, and everyday information requests.
- You can type your question, and voice input may also be available.
- Grant microphone permission only if you want hold-to-talk voice input.
4. Save notes and history
- Important scan results can be revisited from your saved items and note flows.
- Use notes to capture follow-up thoughts, reminders, and practical context.
- Your account keeps those records more useful than a loose camera roll.
5. Membership
- AiUniScan launches with two levels: Free and Pro.
- Free supports everyday scanning and organization.
- Pro unlocks advanced workflows such as richer workspaces, premium organization, tax-support areas, and advanced export.
- The yearly Pro plan may include a 30-day free trial if enabled in the live store configuration.
6. Manage subscription
- Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play.
- On iPhone, open your Apple subscription settings to manage or cancel.
- On Android, open your Google Play subscriptions page to manage or cancel.
- Website copy should match the live store price and trial setup.
7. Privacy and permissions
- Camera is used for scan capture.
- Microphone is used only for voice input features when available.
- See the public privacy policy for how image, voice, text, and account data may be processed.
