1. Service scope

AI.UniScan provides software features for image scanning, everyday information lookup, note capture, organization, and related utility workflows. Availability may vary by device, account status, geography, and service conditions.

2. Accounts and access

• Some features may be available to guest users with daily usage limits.
• Signed-in features may require accurate account information and acceptance of applicable legal notices.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or dangerous content.
• Do not attempt to interfere with service operations, limits, or security controls.
• Do not impersonate another person or submit content as though it belongs to someone else when it does not.

4. User content

You retain responsibility for the content you submit. You grant AI.UniScan the rights reasonably necessary to process, store, display, and transmit that content to operate the service.

5. Memberships and purchases

AiUniScan currently launches with `Free` and `Pro` membership levels. If you subscribe to a paid plan, the subscription may renew automatically through the applicable app marketplace unless cancelled under that marketplace's rules. Pricing, feature availability, introductory offers such as a free trial, and plan structure may change over time where permitted by law.

• Digital subscriptions on iPhone are managed through Apple.
• Digital subscriptions on Android are managed through Google Play.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription settings of the store account used for purchase.
• Refund handling is subject to the rules of the applicable store and any mandatory local law.

6. Service changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including feature limits, UI, processing providers, and availability.

7. Warranty disclaimer

AI.UniScan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that outputs will always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every situation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI.UniScan and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. You are responsible for how you act on outputs.
